We do not provide remediation, air testing, laboratory testing, or written remediation reports.

While our canines are highly trained and effective, we cannot guarantee detection of all mold odors. Environmental variables, air movement, and access limitations may affect results.
Inspection Limitations
* The inspection is *non-invasive**. We do not move furniture, open walls, or dismantle structures.
* Clients must ensure *clear access** to inspection areas.
* Clients must *disclose known hazards** (e.g., unsafe flooring, hazardous materials, loose animals) in advance.
* K9 detection is limited to odors within the dog’s accessible range.
User Responsibilities
By using this Website or scheduling an inspection, you agree to:

Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations
A *non-refundable deposit of $300** is required to secure any appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours** before a scheduled appointment will forfeit the deposit.
Deposits may be *applied or transferred** to a future booking within three (3) months or to a family member or friend during the same period.
MoldDog Pros LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, dog safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
Weather & Unforeseen Delays
Extreme weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, excessive heat, high winds) can compromise scent detection. MoldDog Pros LLC reserves the right to reschedule inspections to maintain effectiveness and safety.
