Is MoldDog Pro a remediation company?
Nope! We’re strictly an inspection and testing company. That means no sales pressure. If remediation is needed, we guide you with trusted referrals.

How accurate is the Mold Dog scan?
Our dog Watson is trained to detect over 18 types of mold with 90%+ accuracy — significantly more reliable than traditional inspectors.
Will the dog damage anything?
Not at all. The entire process is 100% non-invasive. Watson doesn’t dig, scratch, or chew he simply alerts to scent using his training.
How long does the inspection take?
Most in-home inspections take 60–90 minutes. You’ll receive your digital report the same day or next business day.
Can I be home during the inspection?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to stay, ask questions, and even observe Watson in action. (Kids love it.)

Can I use your report for landlord or insurance claims?
Yes our digital reports are professionally formatted and evidence-backed, ideal for legal, insurance, or rental dispute cases.
Do you offer post-cleanup testing?
Yes. If you've had remediation done, we can re-scan and/or re-test to confirm that your space is safe again.
