Services
MoldDog Pro provides non-invasive mold detection services using a trained scent-detection dog and air testing tools. We aim to offer accurate, fast, and health-focused inspections across Florida.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Inspection Limitations
Our canine inspections are highly accurate but do not replace laboratory mold testing in all cases.
We provide insights and recommendations — we do not perform mold remediation ourselves.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate property access and information
Inform us of any known hazards (pets, construction, etc.)
Not interfere with the dog during inspection
Payment
Pricing is outlined at the time of booking.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date.
